Students educated on career in LIC as agents
JAGTIAL, AUGUST 09, 2024: National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers of the Government Degree College for Women in Jagtial participated in the plantation of saplings as part of ‘Swachadanam-Pachadanam’ on their college campus on Friday.
The NSS volunteers along with teaching faculty members planted flower bearing saplings on the premises. On this occasion, the faculty members educated the students the importance of plantation and nurturing of saplings for a better future and check pollution. NSS programme officers Srilatha, Sangeetha Rani, D Sujatha and others were also present.
Earlier, the TSKC convenor G Neeraja along with Chief Life Insurance advisor Chandrashekhar educated the students about choosing career in LIC. They educated the students about enrolment of insurance policies and collection of stipend. College incharge principal G Chandraiah, Academic coordinator Pramod Kumar, V Varaprasad, Jamuna, Ramachandram and others were also present.
