KARIMNAGAR, MAY 05, 2024: There was record attendance of students appearing for the medical entrance examination NEET 2024 examination test conducted in five examination centres in various parts of Karimnagar town on Sunday.
Against a total of 3540 students enrolled, 3466 candidates had attended the examinations and only 74 students abstained for various reasons. The attendance percentage was 97.90 percentage in Karimnagar, according to NEET Karimnagar City coordinator T Lalitha Kumari. The examination also passed off peacefully without any untoward incident.
Braving scorching summer and sweltering heatwave conditions, the students appeared in the examinations. The examination was conducted in Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE), Government Women’s Degree College and Vivekananda degree and PG college in Karimnagar town and Vaageshwari college of engineering and Sri Chaitanya institute of technological sciences at Thimmapur on the outskirts of Karimnagar town.
