TIRUPATI, AUGUST 30, 2026: Renowned naturopathy expert Dr. Manthena Satyanarayana Raju said that a natural lifestyle, healthy food, clean water and air, and adequate rest are essential for maintaining good health.
The awareness programme on “Health Protection through Yoga and Naturopathy”, organised by AYUSH and TTD at Mahati Kalakshetra, Tirupati, concluded successfully on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Raju said changing food habits, lack of physical activity and inadequate rest in modern lifestyles are leading to several health problems. He emphasised four essentials for healthy living—natural food, clean water, fresh air and adequate rest. He advised people to adopt healthy habits and take preventive care to stay away from many lifestyle-related health problems.
Emotional Wellness is Essential for Overall Health

He stressed the importance of positive thinking and a peaceful mind for a happy and healthy life. He advised people to spend time every day on yoga, meditation and exercise, stay connected with nature, and spend quality time with family and friends.
Balanced Digital Use for Healthy Living
Sri Balakrishna also advised people to maintain a healthy balance in the use of mobile phones, social media and other digital devices. He suggested spending more time with family, nature, exercise and spiritual activities instead of excessive screen use.
He said that balancing physical health, emotional well-being and digital wellness can help people lead a healthy, peaceful and happy life.
