Married woman, who completed her degree from Open University, secures three Govt jobs

KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 02, 2024: It is the success story of a 35-year-old married woman, who had completed her graduation from Ambedkar Open University, has secured not one, not two, but three government jobs and proved her true grit and determination.

Adepu Madhavi, a guest English faculty, working at the Government Women’s Degree College, Karimnagar town, has secured three government jobs in a single attempt and emerged as a role model in Karimnagar district. In the recently released results of the Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board (TREI-RB) recruitment, she was selected for 26th rank in Post Graduate Teachers (English), 40th rank in TGT and 65th rank in Junior Lecturer (English).

Hailing from a small agricultural family from Burugupalli village of Gangadhara mandal, Madhavi after her marriage had completed her BA from Ambedkar Open University, MA (English) from Satavahana University and later B Ed from Sangamitra College of Education, Husnabad . She cracked SET and TET exams also. Initially, she worked in a private school, she joined the Residential Degree college in Nirmal as guest faculty, later KV school in Karimnagar and for the past two years in GDC women in Karimnagar as English guest faculty.

Mother of two children, who are studying Intermediate and ninth class, Madhavi had proved that determination and hard work would achieve the desired goal. Her husband is Assistant Professor (Economic) in Government degree college, Manthani, Laxminarayana, encouraged her pursues her education and fulfills her dream of securing a government job.

Laxminarayana played a crucial role in encouraging her in education from Open University and extended all support to manage her education, children and her job. On her achievement, GDC women principal T Sree Lakhmi and other faculty members congratulated Madhavi.
