KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 15, 2026: Manair Educational Institutions in Karimnagar celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic zeal and enthusiasm on Saturday.
Celebrations began with the recitation of the national song Vande Mataram. Schools chairman K Anantha Reddy and director K Sunitha Reddy hoisted the national flag and recited the national anthem. On this occasion, they paid rich tribute to all the freedom fighters who laid down their lives in this long and arduous struggle for freedom.
Students presented a colourful cultural programme by performing patriotic songs, which instilled patriotism in everyone present. The dance performances by students enthralled the gathering. Tiny tots came dressed as freedom fighters and soldiers.
School chairman Anantha Reddy urged everyone to work relentlessly for the nation like soldiers who in extreme adversity, display unwavering and indomitable spirit to protect the borders. He exhorted the students to learn the true meaning of freedom and become citizens of upright character.
