KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 02, 2026: As part of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)’s 70th anniversary, the LIC Karimnagar division, in collaboration with Medicover Hospital, organised a free medical camp for the benefit of morning walkers at Ambedkar Stadium in Karimnagar town on Wednesday.
The medical camp was organised as part of its community outreach and corporate social responsibility initiatives from 6.30 am to 9 am. The medical camp was inaugurated by LIC Karimnagar senior divisional manager Shiva Nagar Prasad. Medicover Hospital coordinator Vidyasagar, Dr Lokesh, Dr Venugopal, Dr Mamatha, along with their paramedical staff, participated in the medical camp and treated over 200 people.

In the evening, the LIC employees, agents and officers participated in the promotional rally from the LIC divisional office in Karimnagar town, which passed through Ambedkar Stadium, Collectorate road and Indira Chowk. The employees participated in the rally by carrying placards educating the people about the importance of insurance coverage. LIC Marketing Manager Somashekhar, Sales Manager Harikrishna, CRM Manager Venugopal, LIC agents’ association leaders Prabhakar Rao and Gattu Rajaiah and others participated.
