KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 14, 2024: The Karimnagar district handball players N Sampoorna, A Poojitha and M Yogeshwari (Kora School) have been selected to participate in the 52nd National handball competitions, which would be held from March 16 to 20 at Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Union Territory.
These players have excelled at the 52nd state-level senior women’s handball competitions conducted in the month of February in Karimnagar town. Karimnagar district handball association president V Venkateshwar Rao and secretary B Laxman, DYSO Srikanth Reddy , handball association leaders K Anand Kumar, Ramana Rao, N Prabhakar and others congratulated the district handball players and wished them good luck in the national competitions.
Kora School chairman Mahipal Reddy has handed over financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to Yogeshwari as a token of gesture after her selection to the national handball competitions.
