DCCB and NAFSCOB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao hands over the sanction order to the builder
KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 04, 2024: The Karimnagar District Cooperative Central Bank (DCCB), which has emerged as a brand and role model in the cooperative sector banking in the country, has achieved yet another milestone by sanctioning the loan under the Building Real Estate Financing Scheme.
Stated to be the first of its kind lending to the real estate sector in the Telangana state by the DCCB, the Karimnagar DCCB, which is always at the forefront in the diversification of business, had emerged as the role model bank in the country to increase its business activities as per the RBI guidelines and NABARD permission.
Accordingly, Karimnagar DCCB and NAFSCOB chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao formally handed over the loan sanction letter of Rs 9 crore to builder Marri Satish at KDCCB main office in Karimnagar town on Monday.
CEO N Satyanarayana, Directors V Mohan Reddy and E Tirupati Reddy, NABARD DDMs Jayaprakash and Dileep Chandra, DCCB general manager B Sridhar, DGM Rohini, Main Branch manager K Sunil, PACS development centre resource person G Satyanarayana and others were also present.
