WARANGAL, NOVEMBER 03, 2026: The Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT), Department of English, Kakatiya University, Warangal, is organising a rescheduled “Spoken English and Communication Skills Training Programme” for a period of six weeks (40 days), from *December 1, 2026, to January 8, 2027, at the Department of English, Kakatiya University.
Informing this, CELT Director R. Meghana Rao stated that interested candidates, students, homemakers, and non-teaching staff members can apply for the programme on or before November 30, 2026.

The registration fee has been fixed at Rs. 200 for Kakatiya University students and Rs. 1,500 for others.
