

HANAMKONDA, APRIL 22, 2025: Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda, in collaboration with Genpact, successfully conducted a Two-Week Training Programme followed by a Job Drive for final-year students. The program was organized by TSKC and the Placement Cell with the aim of enhancing students’ employability skills, particularly for roles in the Finance and Accounting domain.

As part of the campus recruitment initiative, Genpact conducted a Job Drive last week for the role of Process Associate. A total of 20 students attended the interview, out of which 10 students were selected. Offer letters were handed over to the selected candidates during the certificate distribution ceremony. Participation certificates were also distributed to all students who actively took part in the two-week training program.
The programme was presided over by Principal Prof. G. Rajareddy, who addressed the students and encouraged them to make the best use of such campus placement opportunities through dedication and hard work. Vice Principal K. Rajani Latha, TSKC Coordinator D. Raja Shekhar, and Placement Officer A. Anil Kumar coordinated the event.
Genpact representatives Manjula, Sayeed, and Suresh, along with Staff Club Secretary M. Ravi Kumar, J. Chinna, K. Venkanna, JKC Mentor Sagar, and several other faculty members also participated and contributed to the success of the programme. The event reflected the college’s ongoing commitment to student skill development and career readiness through industry collaboration.
