KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 11, 2025: Economics Department Assistant Professor Koduri Srivani was appointed as the Additional Controller of Examinations and Head of the Economics department of the Satavahana University in Karimnagar town on Friday.
Satavahana University Registrar J Ravikumar has issued orders in this regard which were handed over to Srivani by SU Vice Chancellor Prof U Umesh Kumar. Srivani had earlier worked as a government school teacher in the interior Mahadevpur mandal and Government Degree College, Macherla in Guntur district as a lecturer and assistant professor at Telangana University.
Earlier, Srivani worked as Satavahana University Economics Department HoD, Board of Studies Chairperson, University girls’ residential hostel warden, additional controller of examinations and NSS coordinator. She had won an award from the state government for her services in the NSS from then Minister for Civil Supplies and BC Welfare Gangula Kamalakar.
She also won the best teacher award from the government and also Padma Ratna Lifetime Achievement Award. Srivani thanked the SU Vice Chancellor and Registrar for appointment as Additional Controller of Examinations and HoD of the Economics department of the university
