

Four Civil Engineering students secure government jobs


KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 31, 2025: The Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Sciences (JITS) Karimnagar conducted a workshop on Career exploration, Professional Development, Public Speaking and Business Communication in Karimnagar town on Friday.
Devath Sainath, Soft Skills and Employability Skills, Trainer, Edunet, was the resource person. It may be recalled that under the CSR initiative of SAP Labs India, Code Unnati, has set up a Centre of Excellence in JITS (autonomous) in collaboration with Edunet Foundation and the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) in Karimnagar.
Mr Sainath said that the Career exploration is the process of discovering and evaluating different career paths to find the best fit based on and goals your skills and interests. By engaging in professional development, it helps individuals stay competitive in their field, adapt industry changes, and achieve long-term career growth, he added.
Talking about public speaking, he said the Art & Speaking is a Magic behind the life of the public. Speaking is an Art of Branding in this fast-paced world to know the world Who you are, he stated.
Concentrating on future entrepreneurship, the trainer said the Communication is always an art to focus, engage, Enhance and develop. In Students life, this Business communication brings the reality behind Team work to Achieve Personal & professional goals.
JITS students secure government jobs
Four students who completed Civil engineering at JITS secured government jobs. They include; M Raghu secured employment as a Junior Technical Officer in the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development department, G Srikanth, as Assistant Engineer, Irrigation and Command Area Development, A Sangeetha, junior technical officer, PR Department and A Mayuri, Assistant Engineer in the PR and Rural development department. JITS chairman J Sagar Rao congratulated the students for securing good placement in the government sector.
