KARIMNAGAR, JULY 31, 2024: The investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school places in the newly elected council bearers.
With this motive, Siddartha High School, Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar town, celebrated its annual investiture ceremony on the school premises on Wednesday. The chief guests at the event were IVY International School chairman Mahesh and Siddartha Group of schools chairman Dasari Sripal Reddy. The ceremony began with the lighting of a lamp.
R Daraneshwar was elected as Head boy, S Sriharsha as the head girl, R Sai Charan as the Sports boy and K Nakshatra as Sports girl. The elected leaders were honoured by the chief guests. They were conferred with badges and sashes. The Student Council took a pledge to uphold school values — Love, Peace, Good Conduct, Non-Violence and Trust — and to be role models.
Prizes were distributed to achievers in the fields of academics and other activities. Earlier, various groups of the school presented spectacular guard of honour to the guests and some other students presented cultural programmes to welcome the guests. School Chairman Sripal Reddy congratulated and motivated the students to be great leaders and honest in discharging their duties. He said with position comes responsibility towards themselves and the school. Chief guest Mahesh also congratulated the students and encouraged them to set off on the path to the next milestone.
