KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 10, 2024: Students of government primary school have celebrated their annual day celebrations with much pomp and gaiety on par with any corporate educational institutions in MPPS Burugupalli village of Gangadhara mandal on Saturday.
On this occasion, the students in their best costumes presented colourful cultural programmes and entertained the gathering. The students danced to the popular numbers and foot tapping music. The school management distributed prizes to the students who excelled in academics and sports competitions.
Gangadhara MPDO and Burugupalli special officer Janardhan Reddy participated as chief guest and congratulated the students for their excellent dance performances with costumes. School headmaster V Laxman Kumar said that they were conducting the annual celebrations for the students since last 12 years with the support of parents and other philanthropists.
Stating that the government was spending lots of funds for providing free education to the students, he informed the parents to utilise the services provided by the government for the transformation of students. School complex headmaster G Anitha Kumari, High school principal Mallikarjun, ZPHS Gangadhara teacher K Rajeshwar, Village secretary Mallesham, teaching faculty members K Ashok Kumar, T Shyamsundar, Farheen, Ch Ratnamala, SMC chairman Swathi and others were also present.
