JAGTIAL, FEBRUARY 06, 2025: The Government Degree College for Women, autonomous, Jagtial town, has released the degree first semester results of BA, B Com and B Sc courses on Thursday. Principal K Ramakrishna along with Satavahana University Controller of Examinations Ranga Prasad released the results which are made available on https://gdcwomenjagtial.com/UGRES/index2024.php
Incidentally, the GDC women Jagital has declared the degree first-year examination results for the first time after securing the autonomous status. The Principal said that out of 242 students who wrote the examinations, 147 qualified with a 60.74 pass percentage. The BA student’s pass percentage is 52.17 per cent, B Com 66.15 per cent and BSc life sciences 64.28 per cent and BSc Physical sciences 58.33 per cent.
The Principal said that the GDC for Women, Jagtial, was the first college in the district to secure autonomous status from UGS with the support of local legislator Dr M Sanjay Kumar. College Controllers of examinations T Pramod Kumar, V Varaprasad and N Sangeetha Rani, Academic coordinator K Ramachandram, vice principal G Chandraiah, IQAC coordinator N Vasavi, TSKC coordinator G Neeraja, faculty members MA Rahim, S Mallikarjun, Jamuna and others were also present.
