JAGTIAL, JANUARY 31, 2025: The faculty members including the Principal of Government Degree College for Women (autonomous), Jagtial, donned the role of Public relations officers (PRO) and launched the campaign encouraging the students and their parents to enrolment in their college.
The faculty members led by its principal K Ramakrishna, faculty members Pramod Kumar, N Sangeeta Rani, Varaprasad, Ramachandram, Sujata, Sree Latha, Niraja, Vasavi, Mallikarjun, Raheem, Chandraiah, Jamuna, Sunita, Jyotsna, Satyam and Narasaiah have been visiting various junior colleges including model schools, social welfare colleges and all government and private degree colleges in the Jagtial constituency and interacting with the students and parents.
They also explained the facilities available in the government degree college with autonomous status, Digital classrooms, 12 additional classrooms by RUSA funds, NSS, TSKC, library, laboratories and well well-qualified teachers big campus etc.
The government college faculty members have been appealing to the students not to fall prey to the dubious tactics of the private degree colleges who lure the students promising several freebies and later exploiting the situation by demanding huge fees.
