KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 08, 2025: Eminent singer Madhu Priya took out a draw of lots to select 10 eligible barren couples to provide free IVF treatment as part of the International Women’s Day celebrations at Renee hospitals in Karimnagar town on Saturday.
Rajani Fertility Centre of Renee hospital has been providing free IVF treatment to 10 barren couples every year by selecting them through a drawing of lots. This scheme is available through Sri Lakshmi Maheshwara Charitable Trust. Out of 348 barren couples registered during the camp during this year, 10 couples were selected for free treatment worth over Rs 2 lakhs, and others would be provided treatment with a discount.
Rajani Fertility Centre chairperson and senior infertility specialist Dr Bangari Rajani Priyadarshini said that she was providing free IVF worth over Rs 20 lakhs to 10 barren couples every year in memory of her mother-in-law through the charitable trust. The Rajani fertility centre has been providing IVF services to selected couples free of cost for the last five years.
Renee Hospitals chairman Bangari Swami said that they were doing their best for the society by providing medical assistance of over Rs 50 lakhs free of cost to all sections of society. Retired Government College Principal B Madhusudhan Reddy presided over the meeting. Hospital Superintendent Dr Ravindra Chary, Dean Dr Munish, Cardiologist Dr T Dinakar, General Physician Dr Nikhil Laxman, Dr Litesh Reddy, non-clinical director Mekala Aravind Rao, General Manager Pawan Prasad and others were also present.
