KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 22, 2024: In order to ameliorate English language in the government schools, the teachers have formed English Language Teachers’ Association (ELTA).
The main motto of ELTA is to strengthen exclusively the English language skills in the government schools. They would be conducting special programmes such as Spellbee, small playlets and other activities to improve the English language skills among the government school students.
The ELTA Karimnagar district unit was elected unanimously on Sunday. The new president is Ramesh Kannam (ZPHS Velichala), general secretary R Venu Gopala Chary (ZPHS Rachapally), vice presidents B Vasundhara (ZPHS Jangapally) and Shiva Kumar (ZPHS Gaddapaka), joint secretaries Murali Krishna (TSMS Ramadugu) and Naga Raju (TSMS Gangadhara) and treasurer is Laxminarayana Reddy (ZPHS Ramancha).
ELTC DIET faculty members Ch Pradhyumna , G Maheshwar Reddy and Manjula are honourary presidents, the state council members are; Vinayadhara Raju P, Surendra Mohan B, G Srinivas, Praveen Kumar, secretaries B Tirupathi Reddy, Sd Ghani, Venugopal, Srinivas, Vinod, Media incharges Venkata Ramana Rao and P Damodar Reddy.
