KARIMNAGAR, DECEMBER 01, 2024: The 52nd District level Children’s Science fair organised at St George International School (CBSE), Kothapalli, Karimnagar, evoked a good response on the second day on Sunday with the arrival of students from various schools to witness the exhibits displayed by the students.
The science fair, which featured many impressive projects, 624 exhibits, including 147 models of the 12th INSPIRE awards MANAK 2023-24, were on display. Students from various government and private schools participated enthusiastically and confidently explained about their models. The students presented different types of working models related to other branches of Science and Maths subjects. The students demonstrated their ideas and research in Science and Maths creatively. On the other hand, St George International School (CBSE) had made unprecedented arrangements for the smooth conduct of the Science fair on its sprawling premises.
Students displayed models of the solar system, Mangalyaan Mission, missiles (PSLVC54) and astronauts. The projects were based on agriculture and food security, power generation, use of solar energy, security alarms, energy resources and conservation, health, environmental issues, botanical gardens, astronomy, science, disaster management, water conservation, robotics, science games and solar systems etc.
DEO Ch VS Janarshan Rao, District Science Officer Chada Jaipal Reddy, St George School chairman P Fatima Reddy, DCEB secretary M Swadesh Kumar, District Academic monitoring officer Karra Ashok Reddy, government teachers Anugu Prabhakar Rao, Gajula Ravinder, Nandi Srinivas, KS Anantha Charya, MEOs and others were also present. On this occasion, the students presented colourful cultural programmes.
