GDC women Jagtial organise farewell party to seniors
JAGTIAL, APRIL 29, 2024: A farewell party was organised for the outgoing students of the Government Degree College for women in Jagtial on Monday with lots of enthusiasm and gusto of the party peeled off its layers with smiles, tears, reminiscences and cultural bonanza comprising songs, dances and other eye-catching items.
Nostalgia prevailed throughout the day, with students recalling their memories. With pulsating music rocking the pleasantly decorated ambience, the students had a gala time. Colourful programmes like dances and songs were presented by students which received appreciation from the audience with thundering applause.
In an emotionally charged event, the outgoing students shared their fond memories about the days spent together in the college and expressed their gratitude to the teachers for everything from education to personality development and grooming to face the challenges of life. The way the students hosted the programme was a true treat to the eyes.
Principal Y Satyanarayana motivated the students to start their career journey with a positive attitude and make the best use of learning skills provided by the college. Vice principal Masroor Sultana, Academic coordinator A Jyotilaxmi, IQAC convenor Harjoth Kaur, DOST convenor G Chandraiah, Examination coordinator A Shankaraiah, faculty members M Srinivas Reddy, T Swaroopa Rani, K Kiranmayi, P Tirupathi, R Srinivas, Satyam, Sunita, Jyotsna, Madhavi, Irfana, Yasmeen, Sangeeta, Santosh, Venkatsai, Saleem, Rashmita, Veena , Suresh, Anant Rao and other faculty and non-teaching and students were present.
