KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 26, 2024: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) along with SOFTCOB organised a one-day workshop on Income-Tax related matters to CEOs of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) of the integrated Karimnagar district at the Karimnagar district cooperative central bank at its main branch in Karimnagar town on Monday.
Officials from the Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank (TSCAB) Cooperative Training Institute (CTI). The team was led by Ch Vijaya Kumar Reddy and other faculty members of CIT. DCCB CEO N Satyanarayana Rao, PACS development cell (PDC) resource person G Satyanarayana, and other bank officials participated in the workshop.
On this occasion, the CTI officials empowered the CEOs of various PACS on the importance of proper filing of IT returns and availing tax deduction facilities through proper channel of making wise investments in the cooperative banks instead of commercial banks. They also enlightened other issues pertaining to the Income Tax issues.
