WARANGAL, SEPTEMBER 30, 2026: Strong business fundamentals, a clear business plan, strategic thinking and effective management are essential for success in the Indian startup ecosystem, said Mili Kataria, Founder of Pandora’s Box and Certified Independent Director.
She was speaking as the chief guest at a Student Development Programme organised by KU K-Hub at the Senate Hall on September 30, under the KU–T-Hub MoU, under the guidance of K-Hub Director Acharya T. Savita Jyotsna.
Drawing on her 25+ years of business and corporate experience, she highlighted the importance of sound strategies and operational efficiency for building and scaling startups in sectors such as AgriTech, FinTech and retail. She also explained the role of T-Hub, Stanford Seed, Wadhwani Foundation, Deshpande Startups, Startup Telangana and Atal Incubation Centres (AICs) in promoting entrepreneurship.
She stressed the need to strengthen entrepreneurship skills through Faculty Development Programmes and curriculum support, and encouraged universities to foster innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
