HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 03, 2026: The management of Singareni Collieries Company Limited has decided to reconsider the cases of former employees who were dismissed due to absence from duty between 2023 and 2025.
A high-powered committee has been formed to resume work. Those who have been dismissed due to absence between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2025 are eligible to apply. Age should be 46 years or less as on 01.04.2026.
Recently, during a meeting with the people’s representatives of coal belt, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has directed the Singareni management to look into the matter after several people’s representatives demanded re-employment for the dismissed employees. In this context, the management issued an order on Tuesday giving an opportunity to the employees who were dismissed due to absenteeism between 2023 and 2025.
These are the qualifications.
Must have completed at least 100 musters in any 2 of the last 05 calendar years preceding the period of removal. General Assistant Trainee (UG) must be medically fit for re-appointment in Category-I post. Dismissed employees who are eligible and wish to avail this opportunity should complete the application in the appropriate pro-forma and submit it to the head of the mine / department where they last worked.
The last date for submission of application is 14.11.2026. The Area General Managers have been asked to scrutinize the applications of eligible candidates and send them to the concerned authorities within the stipulated date for further action. For more details, contact the concerned department.
