
KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 28, 2025: Alphores educational institutions chairman and Congress party contestant from the Karimnagar Graduates constituency in the MLC elections, V Narender Reddy, is back into action after a hectic schedule in the elections for the Legislative council, which concluded with the polling on Thursday.
Mr Narender Reddy participated as the chief guest at the National Science Day celebrations conducted at the Alphores Gennext High School, Vavilalapalli, Karimnagar town, on Friday. National Science Day is celebrated in India to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect by physicist C.V. Raman on February 28, 1928. India has been celebrating National Science Day since 1986, when the Government of India decided to commemorate the announcement of the discovery of the Raman Effect and to encourage the development of a scientific mindset in the country.

The theme for National Science Day 2025 is “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science & Innovation for Viksit Bharat.” It emphasizes the role of young minds in driving India’s scientific and technological progress, aligning with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, which aims for a developed and self-reliant India. On this occasion, Mr Narender Reddy paid floral tributes to Dr Raman.
Students of enjoyed participating in the activity such as SRSP hydro-electric project, automatic water plants cultivation, solar system, microscope, blood group testing, hydraulic lift and other models. He interacted with the students of each and every model and appreciated the students for their display and presentation. Observing the students during their hands-on experiments, Mr Narender Reddy appreciated and motivated the students and staff for their efforts.
