HYDERABAD, MAY 28, 2024: A compilation of articles on the rich contribution of senior journalist Bhallamudi Ramakrishna (RK), The Titan of Truth, was released at a function in the Hyderabad Press Club on Monday.
The Chief Guest of the programme, Dr JV Prasad, the Principal Scientist of the Agricultural Technology Application Institute (ATARI), said that RK carved a niche for himself with his complete dedication to journalism.
Haasya Brahma Shankara Narayana recollected RK’s love for literature and spontaneity. RK’s mentor V Sundara Rama Sastry, Editor, N-TV, said that he couldn’t get well-deserving positions in media despite his abundant skills and talent.
The former Director of Andhra Pradesh Temples Administration Institute Dronamraju Ramachandra Rao observed that RK helped scores of journalists personally and professionally. A personality development expert Akella Raghavendra said that RK was an impactful journalist who strived for perfection.
The CEO of Dhatri Communications Pamidikalva Madhusudan said that RK was blessed with multiple talents, especially in the fields of literature and media. Senior journalists, Prema, Rajeswari Kalyanam, Dr S Ramu and Pemmaraju Venkateswara Rao also recollected their association with RK.
The speakers lauded the efforts of RK’s wife Vandana Dwibhasyam and daughter Srilasya for bringing the book to his memory.
