KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 23, 2024: A 10-day kid’s carnival under the banner of ‘Jamboree’ organised as part of Children’s Day celebrations from November 14 to 23, 2024, concluded at Achievers Active High School, Kothi Rampur, Karimnagar town, on Saturday.
Students participated in the fun-filled activities as part of the festival. As part of the celebrations organized on the occasion, students entertained with their dances and informative plays on the use of mobile phones – and their impact on society. The students presented small skits on following traffic rules, cleanliness and sanitation, shunning junk food, the importance of reading books and discouraging the use of mobile phones etc. Later, the prizes were awarded to the students who won the competitions held since last week.
On this occasion, the director of the school Ch Venkateswarlu informed that since last week, drawing, essay, song and speech competitions have been organized for the students to celebrate Children’s Day. He said that the entire exercise has been aimed at enhancing the experience of our young students and engaging them in various exciting and fun-filled activities. Principal Ch Pallavi said that the children of today are the citizens of tomorrow and informed that the students are being trained in all fields to make them future citizens for the development of the country.
