TIRUMALA, DECEMBER 17, 2024: As the Vaikunta Dwara darshan in connection with Vaikuntha Ekadasi is scheduled from January 10 to 19 in 2025, TTD executive officer J Syamala Rao along with the Additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary held a meeting on Tuesday evening.
The review meeting took place at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala. JEO Veerabrahmam and CVSO Sreedhar were also present. Important decisions taken by TTD on Vaikuntha Ekadasi Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam arrangements
– Srivani tickets will be released online for ten days on December 23rd at 11 am for Vaikuntha dwara darshans.
– SED tickets for ten days will be released online on December 24 at 11 am
– Allotment of SSD tokens at Eight locations in Tirupati and one in Tirumala for ten days of Vaikuntha Dwara Darshans from January 10 to 19.
– Issuance of SSD tokens at MR Palli, Jivakona, Rama Naidu School, Ramachandra Pushkarini, Indira Maidan, Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam, Bhudevi Complex and Kaustubham Rest House at Tirumala.
– Directed CE to arrange necessary facilities for devotees at token issuing centres.
– Only devotees with tokens/tickets are allowed for darshan. Devotees without tokens can come to Tirumala but are not allowed to enter in darshan queue lines
– Protocol darshans start at 4.45 am on Vaikuntha Ekadasi day.
– Vedaseervachana was cancelled in the temple on Vaikuntha Ekadasi given the heavy rush
– Golden chariot from 9 am to 11 am on the day of Vaikuntha Ekadasi
– Chakra Snanam in Srivari Pushkarini from 5.30 am to 6.30 am on Vaikuntha Dwadasi day on January 11.
– There is no special darshan facility for Govindamala devotees.
– On Vaikuntha Ekadasi, police have been asked to take steps to regulate traffic in Tirumala in coordination with TTD security personnel.
– Instructed the Annaprasadam wing to distribute Annaprasadam continuously from 6 am to 12 midnight
– distribution of tea, coffee, milk, upma, Chakkera pongali, Pongali.
– 3.50 lakh laddus shall be kept available daily without any inconvenience to the devotees and in addition to it another, 3.50 lakh laddus shall be kept as buffer stock.
