Bandi Sanjay Kumar along with his family members visited Tirumala shrine and offered prayers on the occasion of his birthday celebrations
TIRUMALA, JULY 11, 2024: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar along with his family members visited Tirumala Tirupati devasthanam and offered special prayers on the occasion of his birthday on Thursday.
Interacting with the media persons, Mr Sanjay Kumar said that the TTD, which was under the control of Veerappan’s successors (YSRCP leaders), was liberated. It has now come under the control of true devotees of Lord Venkateshwara Swamy, he said.
Alleging that the YCP leaders illegally smuggled red sanders from the Tirumala hills during their rule and looted the country’s wealth, he said that “we will not leave the people who smuggled the red sanders”. He stated that the government would soon request a report on the red sanders smuggling in the Tirumala hills and take appropriate action against the culprits.
He reminded that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and local TDP, JSP and BJP leaders fought against the illegal red sanders smuggling in the Seshachalam Hills in the past. He said that the atrocious and dictatorial rule on Tirumala
He said that the atrocious and dictatorial rule on Tirumala Hill has ended and the current government will punish all culprits. He said that the spiritual atmosphere has been revived in Tirumala after the government has changed. He added that the current TTD management will ensure to save the temple’s assets and lead it in a progressive manner.
