

HYDERABAD, MARCH 28, 2025: Ramadan, also known as Ramzan, is a month when we can clean and purify our souls and get a level closer to our creator.

Eid, the festival that upholds the spirit of brotherhood, love, and secularism, was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the students at Sister Nivedita, The Play School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Students celebrated Eid- ul- fitr on the school premises on Friday. The programme began with a song and was followed by a vibrant dance which made everyone tap their feet. The students learned how to greet each other with the traditional Ramadan greeting “Eid Mubarak” symbolizing blessings and generosity during this holy month. It was a beautiful and meaningful experience for our young Niveditans, promoting cultural understanding and appreciation in our diverse community.
The principal of the school, Dr. T. Lalitha Kumari, expressed that the Play School students not only celebrated the traditions of Ramzan but also embraced the values of unity, compassion, and inclusivity, she conveyed her wishes to everyone who celebrates Eid- ul- fitr.
The Chairman of the school, Sudhakar Rao Polsani, the Correspondent of the school Rtn. Hari Hara Prasad conveyed their wishes to students, teachers, and parents. The celebration culminated with everyone hugging each other and wishing each other, “Eid Mubarak.”
