Due to constant rainfall, the velocity of the torrent has also increased. As such the devotees are not allowed to enter the temple tank. The women devotees lit the ghee lamps and performed special puja in the temple premises.
The temple priests lit ghee lamps inside Garbhalayam, over the top of the temple, on the hilltop. JEO Goutami, VGO Sada Lakshmi, DyEO Devendra Babu and others were present.
