TIRUMALA, AUGUST 29, 2026: Seeking divine intervention to shower a good amount of rainfall and for the well-being of humanity, a series of Vedic rituals, including Varuna Yajna, Parjanya Shanti and Kareeri Iá¹£á¹i Yagnas, will be performed from August 30 to  September 03 at Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham in Tirumala for five days.
Programme Schedule as follows :
30 August :Â
Ankurarpanam:6:30pm
Followed by
7pm–8pm
Ganapati Puja, Punyahavachana and Ritvik Varana ceremony.

31 August to 03 SeptemberÂ
9:30 AM–12:30 PM :
Varuna Yajna, Kareeri Iá¹£á¹i, Parjanya Shanti Homams takes place with the recitations from the Vedas, Ramayana Sundarakanda, Virataparva, and Rishyashrunga Dhyana and Parayana sessions at Dharmagiri Veda Vijnana Peetham.
6pm–8pm:
Agnihotra Anushthaanam and Veda Parayanam from Seven Sakhas at Dharmagiri.
On the other hand,  during the same time, Varuna and Parjanya Mantra Anushthaanam will also be recited at the Gogarbham Dam.
On September 03, the Rituals conclude with Purnahuti at Dharmagiri between 11 am and 12 noon.
