KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 02, 2024: The SHE team police have conducted an awareness programme on women’s safety at the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for women in Nagunuru on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on Thursday.
Women police station inspector P Srilatha, Karimnagar police station SI K Laxma Reddy, SHE team cops Swapna and others participated in the programme and empowered the students in various acts. They educated the students about cyberbullying, cyber fraud, social media safety and privacy settings.
The police assured all assistance for the students and informed them to utilise the services of SHE teams by dialling 100. College principal T Malathi, vice principal G Samatha, faculty members Padmaja and others were also present.
