KARIMNAGAR, MAY 10, 2024: The Karimnagar town police have seized Rs 18,75,651 unaccounted cash during the vehicle checking in various parts of Karimnagar town on Friday.
As part of implementation of Model code of conduct, the Karimnagar town police have intensified their vehicle checking in various parts of the town. According to Karimnagar One Town inspector Vijay Kumar, the police have seized Rs 6 lakhs cash from Gummadi Ramesh at IB cross roads.
The police seized Rs 12,75,651 unaccounted cash from Padala Harish, a resident of Ootutu village in Manakondur mandal in Karimnagar town. The seized amount was handed over to the district election authorities for further investigations.
