KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 08, 2024: The 2007 batchmates of police Inspectors on Thursday handed over a cheque of Rs 16.80 lakhs to the family members of their batchmate Siree Rajesh (42) who passed away recently due to an illness.
Mr Rajesh belonging to the 2007 batch Sub-inspectors and hailing from Autonagar in Warangal town joined the police department as SI and was promoted as Inspector. He passed away due to an ailment in February 2024. He was survived by his wife Radha, a daughter Hasini (11) and a son Karthikeya (8).
His batchmates had contributed Rs 16.80 lakhs cash and donated the same to the bereaved family members. Inspectors Srujan Reddy, Ramesh, Srinivas, LMD inspector Swamy and others were also present.
