KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 12, 2025: The Department of Commerce and Business Administration of SRR Government Arts and Science College (Autonomous) Karimnagar town in association with the Institution of Public Enterprises, Hyderabad has organized a One Day Workshop on Research Methodology and Project Report Preparation on Wednesday.
Prof. S Srinivas Murthy, Director, IPE, Hyderabad who was the chief guest, said that this workshop is very necessary for the syllabus of Research Methodology for the degree students. Professor Y Ramakrishna, who attended the workshop as a guest, said that the Institute of Public Enterprise organizes many such programmes. Rakesh Phaniendra and K. Srinivas Assistant Professors as resource persons said that the main objective of this workshop is to introduce the research methodology to the students and enable the students to pursue research and prepare projects.
Professor K. Ramakrishna, Principal of the college, presided over the programme, and suggested that the B.Com students should keep in mind the topics explained in the programme to prepare the research method report and go ahead. Boorla Naresh, Convener of the workshop and all the faculty members of the Department of Commerce and Business Administration congratulated all the staff of IPE. Vice Principal P Nitin said that Commerce and Business Administration students are very lucky to learn research skills during their degree. Vice Principal and Head of Department T. Rajaiah said that in this academic year, many kinds of programs have been organized to enhance the skills of the students.
Similarly, a one-day faculty development programme was conducted on “AI tools for academic writing skills”. Keynote speaker Professor Y Ramakrishna from Institute of Public Enterprise Hyderabad was present at the event and explained how to use AI tools. K Surender Reddy, guest of honour, FDP Convener Boorla Naresh, Harjoth Kaur, IQAC Coordinator V Srinivas, autonomous coordinator, COE T. Srinivas, Staff Club Secretary M. Srinivas, Ramakrishna, Arjun,, Arvind, Sirisha, Narmada, Ramulu, Ilayya, Mallesham, Raju Purnachander, Nagaraju, Abhilash, Vidya and all faculty members of the college and students actively participated.
NSS volunteer felicitated
NSS volunteer Pesari Ajay, a student of SRR Government Arts and Science College, Karimnagar shined in the national integration camp at Narsapur, West
Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh state recently.
The National Integration camp was organized jointly by the NSS Regional Director, Hyderabad and Sri Y.N. College, Narsapur from February 3 to 9, 2025 under the Ministry of Youth Sports. The NSS Volunteer of BZC 3rd year of SRR Government Arts and Science College, (A), Karimnagar has won the best NSS volunteer award. On the occasion of the successful completion of the camp, the principal of the college, Professor K. Ramakrishna congratulated Pesari Ajay with a shawl and flower bouquet. On this occasion the principal of the college said that ‘National Service Scheme is a personality building bridge and strives to provide its share of service to the society by developing the creative expressions and cultural splendor hidden in the volunteers’ volunteers. The principal stated that SRR’s talents were honed in the national integration camp and the cultural art of Satavahanas was brilliantly presented in front of the NSS volunteers from 11 states at the national level and won the best NSS volunteer award. NSS volunteers should participate in more such national-level programs. NSS program officers Padala Tirupati, Kampelli Arjun, Elizabeth Rani, V. Rajesham, and Raparthi Srinivas, collectively worked for this.
