PEDDAPALLI, MARCH 16, 2024: National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) member Vaddepalli Ramchander along with its director G Sunil Kumar Babu on Saturday reviewed the implementation of Rule of Reservation of SC community at NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana
NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana Executive Director Kedar Ranjan Pandu explained various issues and development taking place in the power plants. He assured to act proactively in the areas concerning the SC community.
NTPC communication workshop
A communication workshop was organised at NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana on Saturday for senior executives. It started with the lamp lighting ceremony in the leadership of Mr Kedar Ranjan Pandu. Speaking on the occasion, he stressed on the importance of communication in our personal & professional life.
The session was conducted in two parts, Shishir Sinha took the 1st half and talked about the Crisis Communication, IPR and Transactional Analysis and build and maintain the reputation of any organisation.
V Srinivas interacted in the 2nd session and explained the importance of writing in communication and different ways to say the same thing. More than 50 senior executives attended the workshop. All GMs, AGMs and officers from HR department were present at the event.
