TIRUMALA, MAY 08, 2026: To ensure the comfort and convenience of tens of thousands of devotees visiting Tirumala, TTD has made a wide range of facilities, including accommodation, resting areas, locker services, bathing facilities and other amenities, especially during the ongoing summer vacation.
TTD has constructed numerous resting complexes, rooms and pilgrim rest houses across Tirumala and Tirupati for the sake of devotees.
Room Allotment Procedure (offline)
Devotees wishing to secure accommodation or rooms in Tirumala must register their details—including their Aadhaar card number and phone number—at the CRO General Counter. Subsequently, the allotted room number and details regarding the specific location will be sent to them via SMS.
Devotees may then proceed to the respective Sub-Enquiry Office, complete the payment via UPI or card, and take possession of their allotted room.

Due to space constraints in Tirumala, only 7,800 accommodation rooms are available; consequently, priority is accorded to devotees visiting with their families. Rooms are not allotted to single individuals or to unmarried couples (men and women).
For the benefit of devotees who are unable to secure accommodation rooms, the TTD has established five dedicated pilgrim Amenities Complexes within Tirumala. At these centres, devotees can avail themselves free lockers and other facilities by registering their Aadhaar card and phone number.
PAC-1
Located opposite the Govardhan Choultry, near the CRO, this complex comprises 4 halls and 1,256 lockers. Currently, due to renovation works, only 870 lockers are available for use. Free Annaprasadam is provided here.
PAC-2 (Madhava Nilayam)
Situated opposite the Balaji Bus Stand, this complex features 12 halls and 3,300 lockers. Facilities for free Annaprasadam, tonsuring, a first-aid centre, and resting areas have been provided.
PAC-3
Located on the Outer Ring Road—leading from the GNC Toll Gate to Rambhagicha Bus Stand—this building houses 9 halls and 1,420 lockers. A tonsuring facility is also available here.
Padmanabha Nilayam
Established within the premises of the Balaji Bus Stand, this centre consists of 3 halls and 960 lockers. Resting areas, locker services, and bathing facilities are available here.
PAC-5 (Venkatadri Nilayam)
Constructed for the convenience of devotees, this modern complex was inaugurated on September 25, 2025, by the Honorable Vice President of India, Sri Radhakrishnan, and the Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Located behind the CRO, this building features 16 halls and 2,400 lockers. Free food (Anna Prasadam), free tonsuring, first aid services, and resting amenities are available.
Free Lockers Available for Devotees
Across the five pilgrim accommodation complexes in Tirumala, a total of 9,336 lockers are available free of charge to devotees. They may utilize these lockers to safely secure their valuable belongings.
These centers have been equipped with free hot-water bathing facilities, restrooms, sleeping mats, blankets, free food (Anna Prasadam), facilities for the offering of hair, and first aid centres.
Upon completion of their Darshan (sacred viewing), devotees are required to vacate their lockers and return the mats and blankets they had borrowed.
TTD appeals to devotees to utilise these pilgrim accommodation complexes to complete their Darshan comfortably and happily, and requests that they immediately vacate their rooms and lockers after their Darshan to facilitate access for other devotees as well.
