KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 23, 2024: District Intermediate Education Officer (DIEO) G Jagan Mohan Reddy has instructed all the Chief Superintendents and Departmental officers deployed for the conduct of Intermediate board examinations from February 28 to March 14 to ensure that all the centres were installed with CCTV cameras for close surveillance to check any irregularities.
At a review meeting with the CSs and DOs at Padmanagar office in Karimnagar town on Friday, the DIEO instructed them to visit the respective examination centres at least five days in advance before the conduct of examinations and review all the arrangements for the smooth conduct of exams. He informed them to ensure that there was proper dual desks, CCTV cameras, drinking water arrangements, toilets and lighting arrangements in their respective centres.
If they found anything short, they should inform the authorities concerned so that they would make all arrangements immediately, he stated. He said that they had dispatched OMR boxes and photo attendance materials to all the centres from their office. He instructed the officials to check the material and if they found any faults they should alert the DIEO department immediately for rectification. DEC-1 K Ravinder Reddy, DEC-2 V Anjaneya Rao, DEC-3 Kedarishwar and others were also present.
