TSCAB chairman meets Minister for Cooperation and discusses on crop loan waiver scheme

HYDERABAD, JUNE 21, 2024: The newly appointed Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank (TSCAB) chairman Marneni Ravinder Rao along with its vice chairman Kothakurma Sathaiah and board members met Minister for Cooperation Thummala Nageshwara Rao in Hyderabad on Friday.

On this occasion, Mr Ravinder Rao discussed issues pertaining to the ambitious crop loan waiver scheme with the Minister. The TSCAB had submitted a report to the Minister stating that a total of 7,74,833 farmers from various District Cooperative Central Banks in the state were eligible under the crop loan waiver scheme. Mr Ravinder Rao urged the government to take measures to benefit the farming community at the earliest.

Following the positive response by the Minister, TSCAB chairman and Board of Directors thanked Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Minister for Cooperation Nageshwara Rao. Tandur MLA B Manohar Reddy, Medak DCCB chairman Chitti Devender Reddy, Adilabad DCCB chairman Addi Boja Reddy, Mahabubnagar DCCB chairman Korameni Venkataiah and Warangal DCCB director Upender Reddy were also present.

On the other hand, the newly appointed TSCAB chairman M Ravinder Rao had launched the reforms in the department and conducting review meetings with the DCCB CEOs, CBS IT professional and others of the TSCAB to provide affective and better services to the farming community and other general customers.
