PEDDAPALLI, AUGUST 30, 2024: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) of the Sacred Heart High School, Godavarikhani, coal belt region, in Peddapalli district carried out a plantation drive on the school premises on Friday.
The plantation drive was inaugurated by Sacred Heart School Father Rayappa Reddy, Principal Sister Arogya Mary, Sister Tecla and NCC First Officer PD Jyotsna by planting saplings on the school premises.
The cadets were enlightened about the importance of trees. The cadets also took an oath to plant saplings and keep the environment clean. The cadets were also exhorted to motivate others to participate in the plantation drive and nurture its growth for a better future.
