HYDERABAD, AUGUST 20, 2024: Amrapali Kata, the IAS belonging to the 2010 batch, is the new Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
Amrapali, who was working as Joint Commissioner, HMDA, was transferred and as new Commissioner of GHMC on Tuesday evening.
Mr M Dana Kishore, principal secretary to the Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development department is placed in full additional chrge of the managing director of Musi River Front Development Corporation, duly relieving Amrapali Kata from full additional charge.
Mr Sarfaraz Ahmed, Metropolitan Commissioner, placed in full HMDA as an additional charge of the post of Managing Director Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited duly relieving Amrapali Kata.
