PEDDAPALLI, JUNE 21, 2024: NTPC Ramagundam Celebrated International Day of Yoga at Jyothi Function Hall, Permanent Township in Ramagundam on Friday.
The event commenced with lighting of the lamp by General Manager (O&M) AK Tripathi. All the employees and their family members performed various Yoga Asanas, meditation and breathing exercises. The event emphasized the importance of Yoga for our physical and mental wellbeing.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Tripathi enlightened the importance of practicing yoga and meditation to stay healthy and fit. The event concluded with the release of balloons in the sky as a symbol of hope of change in everyone’s lifestyle. All other GMs, HODs, senior members of Deepthi Mahila Samithi, representatives of Union and Associations and many other employees and their family members.
