WARANGAL, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026: Kakatiya University K-Hub, in collaboration with T-Hub, Hyderabad, organised an interactive guest session with Kiran Babu, Founder & CEO of Rava AI, Stanford alumnus and former Google employee, as part of the Student Development Programme on Tuesday.
Sharing his experience in founding Rava AI in 2023 and working in deep-tech and Silicon Valley startup ecosystems, Kiran Babu explained how students can identify real-world problems, develop technology-based solutions and turn ideas into scalable startups.
He also provided practical guidance on evaluating ideas and presenting them confidently to mentors, incubators and investors.
K-Hub Director Prof. T. Savitha Jyotsna said more such programmes would be organised to promote innovation, entrepreneurship and startup skills among students. The programme was monitored by Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. Pratap Reddy, Registrar Prof. V. Ramachandram and Nodal Officer Prof. R. Mallikarjuna Reddy. K-Hub Joint Director Siddharth and selected students participated. The session will continue on Wednesday.
Gazetted Officers’ Association Thanks KU VC and Registrar
The Kakatiya University Gazetted Officers’ Association expressed gratitude to Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. Pratap Reddy and Registrar Prof. V. Ramachandram for the recent promotions of six officials as Assistant Registrars and two as Library Assistants.
The Association members said they would work collectively for the overall development of the University and remain ready to take up any responsibility entrusted to them.
They spoke at a get-together organised at the KU Guest House on September 29 under the leadership of Association representatives Dr. Sujatha and Dr. Habeebuddin.
Deputy Registrars Panjala Sridhar, Mandava Narasimha Rao and Lingampally Ramu, along with newly promoted officials M. Bhaskar, E. Suresh Babu, B. Prabhakar, K. Srinivas, M. Sunil, K. Bhoopal Reddy, Sumalatha and K. Ashok, besides several Assistant Registrars, attended the programme.
