SIDDIPET, AUGUST 15, 2026: Kaveri University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. V. Praveen Rao hoisted the National Flag as part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations at the university campus on Saturday.
Addressing the students, the Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of patriotism, discipline and responsible citizenship. He called upon the students to develop love and respect for the nation and actively contribute to nation-building through education, innovation, research and social responsibility.
He said that students are the future of the nation and encouraged them to uphold strong values and work towards the country’s progress and development. Faculty members, staff and students participated in the celebrations with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm.
