KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 08, 2026: Vivekananda Residential School in Karimnagar town celebrated a vibrant Colour Theme Day with great enthusiasm and excitement, providing young learners with an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience on Saturday.
Tiny tots came dressed in vibrant outfits representing different colours, filling the campus with joy and excitement. The classrooms were beautifully decorated, and engaging activities such as colour identification, rhymes and artwork enabled the students to learn through fun-filled experiences. The celebration aimed to enhance creativity, observation skills and confidence among young learners.
The celebration featured “Red and Spark” for Class 1 and “Go Green” for Class 2, with students participating enthusiastically in the activities. The colourful themes transformed the classrooms into bright and cheerful spaces, creating an atmosphere of fun, creativity and learning.

As part of the activity, children brought a variety of fruits and vegetables representing the respective colours. They enthusiastically displayed their colourful collections and spoke a few sentences about the fruits and vegetables they had brought. This activity helped the children identify colours, learn about different fruits and vegetables, and develop their speaking, vocabulary and presentation skills.
The teachers guided the children throughout the activity and encouraged them to participate confidently. The celebration was not only colourful and enjoyable but also provided an opportunity for the children to learn through observation, participation and hands-on experience.
The Colour Theme Day concluded on a joyful note, leaving the young learners with happy memories and a better understanding of colours, fruits and vegetables.
