TTD Chairman directs officials to ensure hassle-free darshan and services for devotees
TIRUPATI, AUGUST 05, 2026: TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu has directed officials to make comprehensive arrangements for the Sri Varalakshmi Vratam to be held at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanur, on August 21, ensuring that thousands of devotees participate in the sacred ritual without any inconvenience.
On Wednesday, the temple officials and priests met the Chairman at his camp office in Tirumala and formally invited him to the festival.
The Chairman instructed officials to provide adequate drinking water, Annaprasadam, well-managed queue lines, security, sanitation, medical services and traffic regulation. He stressed that all departments should work in close coordination to enable devotees to observe the vratam in a peaceful and devotional atmosphere.
He also directed the officials to beautifully decorate the temple and the Asthana Mandapam with flowers to create a spiritually uplifting ambience for the occasion.
Later, the temple priests blessed the Chairman and his spouse with Vedic chants. Temple Deputy EO Sri Harendranath presented them with silk garments and handed over the invitation for the Sri Varalakshmi Vratam Mahotsavam. Temple priest Sri Babu Swamy and other officials were also present.
