The TTD Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary inspected the arrangements along with Engineering, Electrical and Temple officials. He said the floats are fully ready and their capacity has been tested.
On Day 1, Sri Rama with Sita, Lakshmana and Anjaneya; on Day 2, Sri Krishna with Rukmini; and on the last three days, Sri Malayappa Swamy with Sridevi and Bhudevi will take celestial rides on the floats. The deities will take multiple rounds at Swami Pushkarini during the festival.
Due to Teppotsavams, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on February 26 & 27, and Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on February 28, March 01 & 02 stand cancelled.
