Considering the heavy crowd at certain locations, officials are planning to further expand this system by setting up additional counters and increasing staff wherever necessary. Soon, three more centres are coming up at Kalyanakatta, Bedi Anjaneya Swamy Temple, and ATC Circle.
Wearing footwear along the four Mada streets surrounding the Srivari Temple is strictly banned in Tirumala, as almost every day there will be a divine procession. Devotees are therefore requested to utilise the new TTD footwear deposit system.
