PEDDAPALLI, MARCH 23, 2024: Students of Gayathri Vidyanikethan in Peddapalli town celebrated the Holi festival with zeal and fervour on Saturday, ahead of the main festival on Monday (March 25).
It turned out to be a day full of colours, excitement and wishes. The highlight was the eco-friendly way of Holi celebration. Flowers and traditional gulaal were used by the students and teachers for celebrations.
School chairman Allenki Srinivas greeted the students and teachers and participated in the celebrations by smearing the colours to the students. Explaining about the importance of celebrating the Holi festival, he advised the students to play Holi with natural colours and protect their eyes. Correspondent A Rajani Srinivas, principal Vijay, teachers Raziuddin, Naveen, Sravathi and others were also present.
