TIRUMALA, JULY 25, 2024: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam offers special “Infant Darshan’ free of cost for the parents with young children below one year. Parents and sibling below 12 years are allowed and no other relatives are allowed.
The Procedure for Infant Darshan: Carry the infant’s birth certificate or discharge summary as age proof. Parents must have valid photo identification such as Aadhar card. Infant Darshan is exclusively through the Supatham entrance located near the Tirumala Nambi Temple on South Mada Street.
Infant Darshan is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. It may be closed during certain sevas (rituals) and also during Brahmotsavam festival. The parents can get only one darshan in a month. The darshan will take around two hours to complete
No darshan tickets or pre-booking is required, just walk-in. Darshan is available every day except on special festival days. Parents should get necessary items for infants such as diapers, wipes, feeding bottles and a change of clothes. The TTD also provides basic changing areas and designated feeding rooms.
